- Doula Program
Provides support and information for pregnant
women on methods which provide physical and emotional comfort to a
mother before, during and just after childbirth
- Family Case Management
Addresses preventive medical care, assistance
with scheduling appointments and referrals
- Healthy Families Illinois
Supports a relationship that promotes healthy
child development, strenghens parent-child interactions and provides
support to parents- Healthy Families Herald
- Teen Parent
Services
Helps teens 19 years or younger to obtain high school diploma/GED by
providing parenting skills and helping overcome barriers
- Water Sample Tests for
Infants
- Nutrition Services
Gives nutrition education and a minimum of $50 a
month, in nutritional food for pregnant Women, Infants
and Children under age 5
- Prenatal Fitness Class
Focuses on the importance of physical activity during pregnancy. Class
meets monthly.
- Prenatal Workshops Offers
education on ways to achieve a healthy pregnancy
