We are listing the establishments inspected by Fayette County Health Department inspectors with the last inspection score on record. Various violations of the Illinois Food Code carry a point weight. The score of the inspection is the number of violations points subtracted from 100. Critical violations are those conditions or practices that are considered "critical" to the safety of the food served in that operation. Critical violations are to be corrected immediately and re-inspected within two weeks. The number of critical violations noted at inspection are indicated in parentheses with a "C". Examples of critical violations: not wholesome food, temperature violations, cross-contamination, poor employee hygienic practices, not sanitizing, not up to plumbing code, toxic items not properly stored.
