| ADULT VACCINES: If you're NOT
asking for the vaccines you need, you just might be asking for something
you really don't want - like a serious infection or long-term health
problem. To find out more about adult vaccines, take the CDC Adult Vaccine
Quiz at www.cdc.gov/nip/foradults.htm.
|
Vaccines are a safe and effective way of
preventing disease and are recommended by the American Academy of
Pediatrics, The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, The American
Academy of Family Physicians, and The Centers for Disease Control.
To find excellent web sites with more specific detailed information and
articles on immunizations go to : www.cdc.gov/vaccines.
