    BE IT RESOLVED, That minutes of the November 20, 2007 meeting be approved as mailed.
    PASSED.
II. Moved - Kris Luster Seconded - Sandy Albright
     BE IT RESOLVED, That staff reports be accepted as mailed.
     PASSED.
     Moment of silence was observed for Jan Forbes.
III. Moved - Darrel Schaal Seconded - Raymond Ryan
      BE IT RESOLVED, That the financial report be accepted as presented

IV. Moved - Raymond Ryan Seconded - Pete LeDuc
      BE IT RESOLVED, That a Building Research Committee be appointed to research and discuss options for new        space for Health Department. Darrell Schaal, Brad Dunn, and Sandy Stombaugh were appointed to serve on committee with Rhonda.
      PASSED.
V.  Moved - Raymond Ryan Seconded - Kris Luster
      BE IT RESOLVED, That policy changes be accepted with the following revisions of section, 10.2, page 25 change Illinois to Chicago and at Administrators discretion of rewording personal cell phone use policy section 2.14, page 4.
     PASSED.
VI.  Moved - Raymond Ryan Seconded - Darrel Schaal
       BE IT RESOLVED, That the Service Fee revisions be accepted as presented.
       PASSED.

       Dee Sanders - Doula, HFI, and Family Case Management/WIC report.
